Glen Bridges can find his name on several prestigious rosters at the 91看片网, and now one of the newest facilities on campus will bear his name. The newly-renovated auditorium at Wallace Hall will be dedicated at a ribbon cutting ceremony on Aug. 30 at 2 p.m. The community is invited to join the campus in celebrating Bridges鈥� legacy at the University.

Students in the 91看片网鈥檚 welding certificate program recently received a boost of confidence when officials from a national shipbuilding operation visited campus to assess their skills. When tested, 75 percent of the students passed the test and were offered a job with Huntington Ingalls Industries.

The 91看片网 will honor more than 500 graduates during spring commencement exercises on Saturday, May 5, during two ceremonies. Both ceremonies will be held in Pruitt Gymnasium on the 91看片网 campus, with presidential receptions open to all graduates and their guests held prior to each ceremony.
